Join our compiler team and contribute to the development of an MLIR-based compiler that drives performance improvements on Intel deep learning accelerators/GPU.
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Compiler Engineer with experience in MLIR (Multi-Level Intermediate Representation) and performance-critical code generation. The ideal candidate will focus on designing and implementing compiler infrastructure to generate high-performance kernels for AI, and machine learning. This role bridges advanced compiler technology with systems optimization, enabling domain-specific performance across heterogeneous architectures (GPUs and accelerators).
Qualifications:
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s and 6+ years of experience OR Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience OR PhD degree and 1+ years of experience. The degree should be in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field
Years of experience mentioned above should be in C++ and modern software development practices.
1+ years of experience in:
- High-performance computing or parallel programming including vectorization, loop optimizations, and memory hierarchy optimization.
- Development on Linux.
Skills to stand out:
- Strong experience with compiler design and middle-end optimizations, preferably using MLIR and LLVM.
- Experience with code generation, performance analysis, and tuning for hardware accelerators.
- Knowledge of dataflow graphs, IR transformation, and optimization techniques.
