What will be the learning curve for AI/ML, this will determine the winners?

AI/ML are two of the greatest opportunities in human history, the larger question is how long it will take for to reach their full potential. What do readers feel the learning curve will be in time and depth? This will create a staggering opportunity for the individuals and companies that learn to unlock the full potential of both AI and ML individually and even more when combined. The question is what companies, and educational institutions will lead? Both educational and commercial institutions will have to develop ways and methods of training people to use this massive power presented to us. I feel some organizations will develop AI/ML systems with guidance built in and these will be the ones set to profit the most from the AI/ML revolution that is already well under way. If AI/ML can learn, it should also be set to teach and guide built into the system for there are set to be many types and integrations of AI/ML with more appearing all the time. Learning built in to use the massive power of these platforms will determine the winners. Any thoughts, comments or additions sought and welcome.
