Interesting trend:

Top Semiconductor Companie's Revenue 2023.jpg

Some people, like myself, had guessed that the recovery would start in the second half of 2023. From what I am seeing today it will more likely be the second half of the second half of 2023 or maybe even Q1 2024.

I think TSMC is ahead of the curve. Forecast for 2023 is -10% revenue growth. Today they are at -4% so Q4 2023 will have to be really bad to hit -10%, right? I think TSMC Q4 will actually be much better than predicted so the TSMC recovery has definitely started. Next year TSMC should be back in double digits ( 10%+ growth).

I think any turnaround will be tepid. There is risk of things slowing down once more in 2024 as consumer spending is looking week.

Including TSMC in the list may provide more trending comparison and indirectly to show potential growth of Apple.

Agreed but some say it is double counting. Apple will not have a big swing on TSMC revenue until 1H 2024 with the new iProducts that will be launched next month. Nvidia is the big swing for Q4 and other HPC chips. We are mad for HPC right now, absolutely.
