Can TSM expand fast enough?

With demand for high end semis, especially in AI/ML, can TSM keep up? Any thoughts, comments or elaborations sought and welcomed.

FWIW, We're already seeing the market in action helping TSMC here. Nvidia is pausing desktop GPU production and using freed up capacity for AI/ML accelerators.. AMD seems to be backing off CoWoS based RDNA4 GPUs next year which will further free up packaging technology for higher end AI/ML acceleration.

From semi cyclic business history, supply and demand seem not always fit well and the period seems short(<2 years) recently. Now, there would be two types of expansion here-geopolitical and in advanced nodes. It takes time to handle culture inclusion and build fabs in time(it might take more than 2 years if out of Taiwan). Will it fit the first short of supply or meet the second wave? No one knows and the risk management will be critical.
