FWIW, We're already seeing the market in action helping TSMC here. Nvidia is pausing desktop GPU production and using freed up capacity for AI/ML accelerators.. AMD seems to be backing off CoWoS based RDNA4 GPUs next year which will further free up packaging technology for higher end AI/ML acceleration. With demand for high end semis, especially in AI/ML, can TSM keep up? Any thoughts, comments or elaborations sought and welcomed.
