TSMC 130nm/90nm/65nm/40nm CPP and MMP data (historical technology node geometry)

This is either a question for Scotten Jones or for anyone else (less preferably) who knows where this type of data might be estimated/published.

The "Technology and Cost Trends at Advanced Nodes" presentation posted by IC Knowledge (something similar posted on this site but the image links are all broken) gives some interesting data on TSMC 28nm - 3.5nm processes:

I am interested in similar historical data, specifically the CPP and MMP numbers/estimates for 130nm/90nm/65nm/40nm (and interested in 350nm, 250nm, and 180nm as well) used to derive the data from this graph two slides later in the same presentation:

Scotten -- have you previously published this data already somewhere I could find? If not, are you willing to post it here?

Does anyone else know where I could find reasonable estimates?

My interest is historical, I want to see how the node name has diverged from physical measurements over time.
