As a Frontend Verification Engineer at Arteris You will be responsible for creating, executing, and maintaining automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our user interface based on web technologies, based on your strong experience in automated testing and expertise in using modern testing frameworks like Playwright.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement validation strategies and processes for front-end applications.
  • Develop and maintain automated tests for frontend applications using Playwright.
  • Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify and report defects.
  • Participate in code reviews and unit testing to ensure code quality.
  • Solve technical problems and optimize test performance.
  • Use Confluence for documentation and Jira for task and project tracking.
  • Follow the principles of the agile Kanban flow for task and project management.

Experience Requirements / Qualifications: 

  • Significant experience in automated testing and testing frameworks like Playwright.
  • Good understanding of testing principles and agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Curiosity, results-oriented mindset, and rigor.
  • Knowledge of other testing frameworks like Selenium or Cypress.
  • Knowledge of the EDA domain or interest in microelectronics is a plus.

Education Requirements:

  • Engineering degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Fluent English, French is a plus
