Overview of Role

We are looking for a professionally minded individual to join our Business Operations team in San Jose. The Service Support Specialist / Project Manager position is responsible for managing business system projects, writing user requirements, performing system tests, providing system rollout and training as well as providing daily troubleshooting to North America Business Operation team. The tight collaboration and relationship with North America Sales team and TSMC Headquarters in Taiwan is crucial to drive system improvement and solve daily business operational challenges. You will report to the Department Manager of the Service Support Session team and the job will be based in San Jose, CA. Our work schedule operates on a hybrid system, where you will be required to work four days in the office. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate/conduct project meetings, write User Requirement Document (URD) with detailed business and system requirements, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide system training to business users
  • Drive system project execution and advocate change management with IT team as needed for each initiative
  • Support day-to-day system troubleshooting and system administration
  • Manage daily operation process for sales debit/credit requisition
  • Perform various administration tasks, for example, idle mask management
  • Conduct regular training for Customer Support Specialist, including user manual, operation process and policy updates
  • Support daily operation, B2B requirements for key accounts

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/Master’s in computer science or BA/Master in Business Administration related
  • Minimum (8+) years of system project management, IT or related experience. Familiar with semiconductor supply chain management
  • Must have advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and oral language skills, and possess presentation skills preferably
  • Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, strong analytical ability to drive results, problem-solving, and eager to learn individually
  • Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude to function within and outside the team in a fast-paced work environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in semiconductor advanced packaging is highly desirable
  • Excellent English written and oral language skills and possess presentation skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin speaking
