To align our commitments to our customers with our production resources, the 3 Order Management technicians are cross-functional coordinators between planning, production and the warehouse. They thus guarantee the availability of start-up plans for Soitec Bernin’s production lines, as well as the preparation and execution of bulk shipments, finished and semi-finished products.

What does the job consist?

Within Vincent’s OM & Logistics team, you will be responsible for providing production plans for the various lines, in conjunction with the central planning and production control teams. You will also manage the various IT tools enabling the stocking and delivery of products according to customer commitments.

You coordinate daily actions to ensure the preparation and shipping of products according to commitments to customers, for production plates but also for prototypes.

To do this, you work with many interfaces: Production Control, Central Planning, Transport, Warehouse, Sales Administration, Customer Satisfaction, Innovation, Product Quality, Engineering,… in short, with all the services that need to put plates online or ship them.

Finally, you participate in continuous improvement and manage cross-functional projects to improve efficiency.

Requirements & qualifications

Holder of a Bac+2/3 with experience in production management, planning or sales administration preferably. You thrive in a cross-functional, operational job with daily challenges. You will appreciate the autonomy and responsibility in this position.
