Job Description
• Responsible for all EXIM related activities for expedited custom clearance of all imports & exports of DX products from global in close coordination with ECC/ CHA/ Freight Forwarders/ Corporate Finance/ GBS teams. Also responsible for correct MRP labelling at bonded warehouses prior to the custom clearance.
• 100% compliance to all internal/ external process/ guidelines/ statutory laws for all imports & exports of DX products.
• Co-ordinate with Origin (Supplier), CHA, ADC, Customs etc. for fastest clearance at Mumbai/ Delhi ports.
• Ensure HSN is maintained in SAP correctly as per BOE filing and custom clearance.
• Ensure the availability of all the documents required for Check List preparation and BOE filing in advance with 100% correctness.
• Co-ordination for transportation of the materials as per recommended storage condition of the consignment to Warehouses post custom clearance.
• Reconciliation of Custom Duty & Interim Account and clearance of cases >45 Days.
• Weekly Monitoring of MTO account for entire LD & POC business and sharing of required documents for MTO clearance. Ensure 100% Payment of Foreign Vendors on time.
• Responsible for end to end transaction completion of Third Country Shipments as per FEMA and RBI guidelines.
• Ensure all conditions are maintained in SAP PO Line Items e.g. Custom Duty, Freight, CHAs etc. as per process and ensure all costs are recorded with 99% accuracy.
• Financial Analysis : Monthly Analysis on each & every cost component of entire DX Logistics activities.
• Inventory Analysis : Monthly analysis on Near Expiry, Expired, Slow Moving, Non-Saleable inventory by their reasons and do the root cause analysis.
• Monthly Customer wise Freight Analysis and prepare highly expensive customers list.
Education – Bachelors degree / MBA – Supply Chain Management
Experience – 10 to 12 Years in EXIM
