Responsibilities
Become a member of Keysight Technologies’ Technical & Application Support organization and engage with Keysight customers working on the forefront of technology:
- Provide technical and application expertise to Keysight customers on electronic test and measurement instruments.
- Work with a team of applications engineers to assist customers both on post-sales product functionalities and pre-sales product selection.
- Publish knowledge articles on the Keysight Support web site that enable customers to locate answers to their test and measurement challenges.
- Attend training on new Keysight products that drive our customers’ success.
Qualifications
- B.Tech or higher degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
- Typically, 5 or more years of experience with benchtop test and measurement equipment such as DMMs, function generators, power supplies, data acquisition systems, oscilloscopes, SMUs, and frequency counters
- Preference for candidates with programming skills (e.g. Python, C#)
- Clear written and verbal English communications skills, with the ability to explain detailed technical information
- Ability to multi-task in serving multiple customers at a time
- Experience with sales and/or customer service. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and loyalty with customers
- Position requires assisting customers in the Americas region and will require working United States business hours (work night shift in India)
