Will TSM Dominate Auto Chips?

TSM is going into partnership with Denso of Japan, which, having worked in a garage and as a hobby, in years past they, are known for top quality and good design. Their performance plugs are among the very best and used by the drag racers I dealt with for automotive advice. Could this be positioning TSM to dominate auto chips as it has done in many other areas? Any thoughts or comments on this would be appreciated.
