I'm proud to be a member in this esteem forum.

I'm working on a project to model and characterize the Nano Generators based on NEMS could any one please help me to find the best software for design and simulate the Nanogenerators or Nanowires.

Comsol used to require large amounts of memory (at least 12GB to be safe) to not crash on medium to large complexity models. I used ANSYS w/o such memory constraints, but ANSYS could be more expensive. You could try an open source software (https://www.csc.fi/web/elmer), but I have no experience with them.
