TAIPEI, Taiwan--(BUSINESS WIRE)--United Microelectronics Corporation (NYSE: UMC; TWSE: 2303) (“UMC”), today reported unaudited net sales for the month of June 2025.

Not bad but for a boutique foundry but TSMC will grow 35-40% this year. Margins for UMC in 2024 were 32%, margins for TSMC in 2024 were 56%. Expect even better margins for TSMC in 2025. UMC will probably be the same.
