TSM, Not just technology, but an Ecosystem

Just as important to TSM's progress is not only its own expertise, but the ecosystem of TSM and its partners that has created an innovation machine that is literally unmatched by any other company in the semiconductor field. No other company has an ecosystem of innovation that even comes close in depth or pace of innovation. This alone is reason enough that TSM is a far better investment than Intel. If any investment is made in Intel, it should be in joint projects with TSM. At this juncture in time, this is the best option for both Intel and TSM, since they have already worked together on joint projects. It would be a major change in strategy for Intel, but a beneficial one for Intel has no chance of catching up but could form a very mutually beneficial for both parties, giving TSM additional added fab capacity. Any thoughts or observations on this are appreciated.
