The automation of research, the next revolution

Arthur Hanson

Well-known member
The ability of semiconductors to perform AI/ML is just the very first step into totally automating research by both programing and fully automated labs. Automated labs will run twenty-four seven and be built at a fraction of the cost because they won't be constrained by having to accommodate people and run twenty-four seven at a fraction of the cost. Automated labs and research are the next frontiers for advanced robotics and AI/ML to conquer. This will give AI/ML systems the access to the physical world and change the whole course of financial and scientific history. The powers that combine this with automated production will be the true winners. Even building in the future will be assembly of subsystems and structures built by robotics using AI/ML. Automating the building of software will be the next frontier after this one to totally change the world we live in. Any additions or thoughts on this sought welcomed, THANKS
