AI/ML/Advanced automation are just in the very, very early stages of integration into every facet of society, business, education. The countries, companies and societies that master these three massive and rapidly growing powers will dominate. I just hope the right countries and people win at these challenges for if not the world could become a science fiction nightmare.
There are startups focus physical AI in CAE. I don't see their unique features or advantage, compare to traditional data exploitation based on mass batch solving on HPC cluster.
AI/ML if integrated into compounding models, both physical, financial and technologically has the unique ability to absorb the dramatic force of compounding is set up to learn and advance on its own. This could create a level of growth that was previously unimaginable. Someone or company will do this and dominate. An AI/ML system would only make the mistake in a single process or product run and use compounding on time, materials to achieve progress and efficiencies at a previously unimaginable pace. It will be done, it's just a matter of who and when. AI/ML would allow a level of tracking and modifying processes that is now possible with modern software, financial and physical processes.
