It's not if but when AI/ML will be weaponized, if not already, and who will be the leaders. China and the US will definitely be leaders in creating and dealing with weaponized AI/ML. The question is will treaties and regulations be made to deal with this potential catastrophic premise? Will a renegade third party country or even company become the leader in this endeavor? Will treaties and rules be developed to deal with this possibility? I have no doubt this new form of warfare is already under development. Any thoughts or expansions on this would be appreciated. Could these weapons of various types fall into private hands and possibly criminal organizations? Any thoughts, comments or expansions appreciated.
