Will the Chinese DeepSeek AI upset the AI/ML race?

The point is, for the same Tiananmen question, ChatGPT gave a better answer, or at least an answer:

Will the Chinese DeepSeek AI upset the AI/ML race?

It doesn't accept the hint, or maybe I'm not getting the hint. :ROFLMAO:

Will the Chinese DeepSeek AI upset the AI/ML race?

I can't reason with it, it clearly prefers opportunity for propaganda.

Will the Chinese DeepSeek AI upset the AI/ML race?

I was not so thrilled, though, with DeepSeek's performance relative to ChatGPT. In particular, it will often give answers related to some events involving China with a political spin. On some technical topics as well, not so accurate.

Is Taiwan's Silicon Shield a Security Guarantee or a Target?

This may be shocking (it was to me) but actually the billions in loss is with the Intel products included, see https://www.nextplatform.com/2024/04/04/intels-chips-no-longer-pay-more-than-their-fair-share-of-foundry-costs/#:~:text=But for now, Intel Foundry, his vitamins and keep running. The...

How China’s award-winning EUV breakthrough sidesteps US chip ban!

Academic and government proposals tend to be less realistic, not having the real-life production and cost management exposure.

Is Taiwan's Silicon Shield a Security Guarantee or a Target?

Samsung foundry revenue is much larger than IFS, but actually both netted a loss of billions. Advanced node foundry is worse field to play in than DRAM.

Is Taiwan's Silicon Shield a Security Guarantee or a Target?

Competing for Samsung's spot already seems like a challenge for IFS.

TSMC Arizona Chip Plant Delays Show US Isn’t Ready to Outpace Taiwan in AI Tech

They probably meant to say TSMC is still aiming to use its previous FinFET technology to create its 3nm chips but will switch to GAA for its 2nm deployment. The article was actually like a collection of five sub-articles. I really wanted to focus on the first...

How China’s award-winning EUV breakthrough sidesteps US chip ban!

Why is it academically developed; couldn't a Chinese laser company develop a source? That's what Cymer and Gigaphoton were.

TSMC N2 specs improve, while Intel 18A gets worse

The High-NA has T2T and pupil fill limitations at ~20 nm pitch where it was supposed to take over from low-NA, going by SPIE papers 120520G (ASML) and 1321505 (imec). Depending on the requirements, more passes may still be needed.
