Will Bioprinting be the next large market for semis?

Arthur Hanson

Well-known member

The uses and applications of bioprinting I see as a growing and diverse market not only people, but any living thing with a range of applications that can only limited by the imagination. Bio printing combined with semis may change our very notion of how we view the world around us and how we work with it. Semis of all types will be critical in this area which could grow into a large worldwide market. Imagine if you loose a hand and need an organ and they could print a new one? Advanced semis will be critical at every step. Any thoughts or comments appreciated.
