What is the impact of the war and the noble gases (e.g: xenon, neon and krypton gas ) that Ukraine exports on the semi world?

I just read this news on the Financial Times, saying that prices of these noble gases are skyrocketing like they did during the Crimea crisis: https://www.ft.com/content/ac8733c4-bfea-4499-8a48-4997a77ad33f

My question is:

- From whom will Samsung, TSM, Intel, TI, etc buy these semiconductor-grade gases?
- I read that companies usually have 4 weeks of storage of these. How much slack there are on that market?
