The conflict in Ukraine looks like it might be the first large scale cyber war that will spill over globally and how will it affect chip design in combination with software to prevent widespread disruption and destruction. It looks like the challenges will have to be met by a combination of software and hardware and any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

Russia wants to sell Natural Gas via NordStream2, no way they will jeopardize that....they are a 3rd world country smaller than either California or Texas.
