I see no value in calling rapid, bad decisions "efficient". That is like calling an open pile of burning coal efficient because you do not have the overhead of making it do anything useful. Yes, for the discussion to have any merit I hold that you need to achieve a real goal. Otherwise the discussion is pointless, too.
