Hey all,

Again its me with the same price exercise!

I am trying to figure out the OpenAI chip price.

1. I have assumed the chip size is 30x30, so I took this information into this die per wafer calculator and found out there are 60 dies per wafer (link: https://anysilicon.com/die-per-wafer-formula-free-calculators/)

2. The price per wafer (3nm) is ~20K (assumption)

3. For now, I will assume the yield is 50%

4. The price per die is ~$600

Is this correct?

5. will the package cost the same? e.g $600

Thanks for your answers!

Is there any particular reason you assumed it's 30x30 per chip?
