There are two interesting parts of this report (if it's true):

1. The potential Samsung/Facebook foundry deal was announced by South Korea President office, not by Samsung or Facebook.

2. Mark Zuckerberg has joined Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger to publicly accuse TSMC is not a reliable partner/supplier because the geopolitics.
