Mentor Acquires Tanner EDA?

D.A.N. can you confirm this? We are a long time Tanner customer. If true will they continue as is or will they be assimilated? We have Cadence but Tanner is our preferred vendor.
 
Mentor out to sweep the analog low-end? Synergies with BDA and Calibre makes this an interesting move, but one has to wonder how many design starts are out there in mature nodes, to make this really accretive and material for Mentor... And Icahn is not around anymore to provide some critique :)
 
As a Nasdaq listed company, does anyone know if Mentor would be expected to declare how much they are paying, or is it something a publicly traded company can keep confidential? Thanks.
