This system promises much lower costs than fiber or cable and if the technology catches on the costs should come down even more. This should also enable many other technologies that should drive IOT and expand the uses of semi technology. This should become a major enabler of gigabit internet access in areas previously considered uneconomic, which should have some very interesting ramifications. This also would allow developing countries to skip much of the wire and fiber, just liked many skipped most of the wired phones. Comments and opinions on this wanted and solicited.
