Is there any competition to Samsung and Micron in memory?

It seems these two dominate high band width memory which is key to AI/ML. Is there any competition to these two and if not, which will become the leader? Are there any new memory technologies or new ways of using current or other technologies to accomplish the same ends or better? Thanks
