How large a Driver of Memory will AI/ML be?

It seemed during Jensen Huang's presentation that memory was mentioned in every other part his explanation of how Nvidia will drive AI/ML? What type and speed will be required and any new types or configurations of memory may be used? What quantity and type of memory will be required for end use devices like phones and computers need to fully utilize the AI/ML trend. Will the trend also drive the need for processing and memory power in the automation of everything trend? Any other thoughts or comments would be appreciated.
