Determining inclusions in optical grade semiconductor

Greetings all, We are trying to determine if there is a standard out there talking to inclusions in si crystals. The material will be used in a laser system and is optical grade Single Crystal Silicon <100>. We need to make sure there are not any inclusions > 10um, and are looking for relevant information that shows single crystal silicon <100> meets this. Or if it's even relevant to crystal growth.
