Samtec has once again won the Bishop and Associates “European Customer Survey of the Electronic Connector Industry.” This is the 12th time that Samtec is ranked #1 in Europe.
The last Bishop European Customer Service Survey was completed just before Covid-19. To win this survey again, in such a convoluted supply chain environment during the Covid chaos, and in such a convincing manner, is a testimony to Samtec associates worldwide who make Samtec Sudden Service® a reality.
By the way, we have been ranked #1 in North America 18 times. That’s not because we’re better in North America; it’s simply because Bishop has run the survey more times in the U.S. than in Europe.
Respondents represented a variety of market sectors, including Industrial, Automotive, Electric Vehicle, Military/Government, Telecom/Datacom, Medical, Computer/Peripheral, Test/Measurement/Instrumentation, Consumer Electronics, Transportation, Civil Aviation, and Energy.
Twenty-eight (28) connector manufacturers were included in the survey, including Phoenix Contact, Amphenol, Molex, TE Connectivity, WAGO, ept, HARTING, Harwin, Rosenberger, and Hirose, to name a few.
The survey consisted of 16 questions. Respondents identified their job function as Engineering (58%), Purchasing (25%), or Other (17%).
