Automation of the Professions the next large semimarket

Arthur Hanson

Well-known member
Partial automation of the professions has been well under way for decades and with AI/ML advancing fast, will cause dramatic changes in the labor markets by increasing productivity by several factors. This will benefit the best and brightest, while leaving many behind the curve. This change that has been underway for decades(examples EDA and automated law research systems) and will soon hit critical mass. The best and brightest will vastly leverage their productivity and income, while leaving many behind and increasingly obsolete. This entire ecosystem will span the world with the increasing penetration of true worldwide improving communications. Any thoughts, comments or observations sought and appreciated. This will create a whole new worldwide ecosystem for semis and multiple levels.
