With the US haveg only moderate quality medical at tremendous cost, the ability of AI/ML to do everything from diagnostics to actual surgery are needed to maintain economic and social stability. AI/ML will power everything from research to diagnostics to operations with high quality and lower costs. Since both research and actual performance of surgery and all methods of managing and curing conditions of all types will accelerate for not only will they perform better, each time a procedure is done by automation, it will build a database that will allow accelerating progress in not only research, but applications. This has the ability to make the US the leader in all medical if we can overcome the very, very powerful medical lobbies. Any additions sought and welcomed. With US medical taking twenty cents of every dollar and growing this is not an option but necessary for economic survival.
