Arm sues Qualcomm, aiming to unwind Qualcomm's $1.4 billion Nuvia purchase

I was curious about this as well. It was my understanding that both had architectural licenses but one does not necessarily cover the other one. I have seen legal issues with QCOM and I can tell you their legal team is ruthless. I'm betting on Arm this time though.

Ruthless? How dare they successfully defend themselves from incessant attacks by competitors!

ARM was one in line for Nuvia by itself, now they seem to be salty over missed option to "buy back" IP from Nuvia.
