I feel AI/ML will leverage all levels of talent significantly and coupled with automation the impact will be felt at all levels. What companies do the readers feel will be in the best position to not only dominate this trend, but apply it to the markets? Who do readers feel that the major winners will be and could these trends destabilize our whole structure on society, industry, education and employment as we know it?

Did robots killed the industry workers jobs ? NO, they helped a lot with the difficult tasks.
Did the software such as Excel killed the accounting jobs ? NO, they helped a lot with the difficult calculation.
Will AI kill any jobs ? NO, it will help to search for information and set it up in the right format.
