Muse Semiconductor - TSMC University FinFET Program

All "academic" licenses. No support for retraining people later in their careers, or who do not attend - in-person - universities with compatible EDA seats.

The semiconductor world is 30 years behind the software world in terms of access. If it truly wants innovation and to break the lack of people, go open source and that does not mean just a few crumbs for universities.

They do have some non-academic options at the site, though. Interesting business model.
