Will Sleeper Weapons be the future?

With advanced technology sleeper weapons in land, sea, air and software will play a serious part in future warfare. Those who think outside the box will own it. Semis will be the key factor in all of this. Just imagine what software sleeper mines could do in any conflict and they could be hidden literally anywhere. Any thoughts, comments or expansions on these thoughts sought and welcome.

The future is already here. See the pager attacks on Hamas, telecom equipment compromises in the USA (and likely all western countries), incendiary package attacks in Europe.

America needs to quickly secure it's supply chain.

The range of weapons technology is making possible is only limited by the imagination. From software to hardware to social media disruption the range of conflict is increasing at an exponential rate.
