Why TSMC Will Keep Its Roots in Taiwan, Even as It Goes Global

Up until Tuesday, GF14 was our focus. I am happy with TSMCs expansion of 16nm into Germany (or any Western friendly nation). I moved developers back to TSMC 16/12 on Wednesday. I do not know what Xi is going to do. I don't think he knows right now either.
