What about HBM yield?

Today we can read a lot of rumors about the low yield at Hynix's Fabs for this kind of memory. Do you have some news about this rumor? Is it true or not?
My sources told me that the yield is good, but I would like to have a confirmation. Thanks in advance. :)

Yield should not be a problem for HBM. TSV is never so much cutting edge front end. However it adds up the cost.
The advance memories are not easy to compete in mobile market simply due to the demand of low cost chip.
The whole ecosystem is waiting for some significant launch up, which could absorb the cost cautious behavior into a bigger image. Maybe like Arthur mentioned about the medical revolution or VR.
Since AMD is accelerating their RD, I wager we could see ZEN on the market sooner than previously expected. And it should be the prelude of a sizzling hot battle among the DRAM market.
