Wafer Pricing

Hello - I calculated TSMC's ASP per 12" wafer as $3,062, however, I don't find this number too helpful as its for vastly different products (16nm vs 150nm) all blended together as one number.

Does anyone have a sense for ASP at each node (even if it is only a rough sense)?

16/20nm
28nm
40/45nm
65nm
90nm
110/130nm
150/180nm
250+nm
