TSMC mismatch model for 45nm

Hello,
I need TSMC mismatch model of 45nm technology for my project purpose.
kindly help me, how do I get this models?

Is this an academic project or a commercial one?

If academic, you should have these as a part of the PDK you already have.

If commercial, you should have these as a part of the PDK you already have.

TSMC has fantastic documentation which should explain how to utilize the mismatch models. It should just be a matter of picking the right model file and selecting the right section for simulation.

Hi,
This is academic project.
Actually we need TSMC PDK of 45nm.
But I don't know from where I can access.
if you know please tell us.

Thanks

You can get either through your foundry or you can get it through TSMC directly. You can't download it anywhere off the internet, if that's what you're asking. That would violate a lot of various policies/contracts/laws.

Hii,
Actually I tried to contact with TSMC local staff but got a reply that 'We do not support academic request'
hence I was trying to know the procedure to get it.
if you know procedure to get it pls share.

You have to have an active research account through an agency like MOSIS or Europractice, they act as a liaison to help academic entities work with foundries. This helps TSMC avoid working with hundreds of individual schools/professors/students when they don't need to.

Do you actually need the TSMC kit? Synopsys provides an academic 28/32nm process kit and Cadence provides a 45nm process kit, as well as the FreePDK 45nm kit available online.
