Huawei or YMTC any other Chinese firm that appears to be an industrial national champion will be a target. The US policy appears to be preventing China's national champion firms from operating.

This is reciprocal treatment of US national champions like Uber, Twitter, Google, Amazon, all of which were duplicated by Chinese firms while the US firm was prohibited from operating in China.

China takes out a US firm, US takes out one of Chinas. This is so fair it could be mandated with a treaty.
