Silicon wafer prices?

Hi, does anybody have an indication for raw wafer prices for 2017; I am looking for 12-inch and 8-inch; my estimate is 12-inch $90 and 8-inch $42
SEMI publishes ASP per square inch at $0.74 but not really helpful; I found that but does not really understand the language and $75 for 12-inch in 2017 looks too low for me
