Any thoughts on the combination of Service Now and Nvidia with both Jensen Huang and Bill McDermott of Service Now that appeared together on CNBC talking about combining their talents to push AI into various market places by combining their talents? Both these men are dynamic and innovative in their areas of expertise and I have followed McDermott for years and has been a marketing genius since he was a teenager.
I got a Service Now ad in my NYT news feed and checked out their story of how Singapore Airlines used their platform. I was underwhelmed. IT Helpdesk software is needed and there is a good business there. Marketing is important and McDermott gets lots of press which is good for them. But in terms of wide spread societal impact, I don't see how they are important at all.
