Seeking info on licensing agreements

I am looking for any reference material or examples of past licensing agreements that have been entered into between semiconductor manufacturer's and development companies with a new technology. I hope to have a new product ready for market within a year to license for use. I anticipate an initial up front fee with royalties to follow. Any guidelines or examples on how these are typically structured would be very helpful! Thank you all very much!

Or you could contact Jim Hogan, he's a successful Angel investor with many connections in the semiconductor, EDA and Semi IP worlds.

Daniel, thank you fro your feedback! I agree that an experienced lawyer is the way to go. However, I am hoping to educate myself as much as possible in advance of this process so I don't sound like too much of an idiot going forward. That said, all reference material or anecdotes of experiences would be very much appreciated!
