The question is will this drive computing costs of everything down and spur increases in the size and scope of the tech revolution when combined with Intel's and TSM's additions to capacity. Every time there have been major advancements in semis, their impact has changed the world in ways we have never imagined. Any additional thoughts or comments on this solicited and appreciated. Since I invest for a living comments on the economic, any product and social changes this may bring are also appreciated.

Yes, absolutely. The foundry capacity race will benefit consumers for both logic and memory. We should all appreciate Samsung's brute force semiconductor manufacturing strategy. They are keeping TSMC and the memory makers on their toes. Hopefully Intel picks up the CAEX pace as well so we have a threesome.
