Samsung targets 2016 for 10 nm FinFET

This is what I'm hearing in Silicon Valley as well. Since Samsung makes the phones too a 10nm SoC should be in the 2017 Galaxy S8 followed by the iPhone 7 which will have TSMC 10nm. What an amazing race we have here!
