Our company Genesys Ltd is using SYMICA DE and SymSpice for current project development - low voltage SRAM memory compiler (0.18u tech.). And I want to notice that we was very surprise of new Symica tool. It has simple GUI with nice usability, we can easy create and implement library. In SymSpice numbers of threads can be set (depending of your CPU type), so multithreading can really speed up simulation process. Both bsim4 and PSP-models can be used in the same time in Spice. Accuracy is OK. All simulation results of test runs showed nice correlation with Spectre.
