Intel is getting the first High-NA TWINSCAN EXE:5200 system in 2025. I'm wondering what Intel is getting before 2025 in terms of EUV?

Intel will start using EUV in 2023 according to the following article. TSMC started using EUV in 2019 on N7+, four years ahead of Intel. All the Intel roadmap and EUV deployment schedule seem to be based on the best scenario. We will see the results in the coming years. And I wonder how much they paid to get the first one? Have you seen any PR from TSMC or Samsung on the topic? Or maybe Samsung and TSMC are comfortable with their EUV lead over Intel? Interesting times.
