Intel Good at Selling TSMC Chips

Financial reporting is estimating Intel may get 50% penetration in the new iPhone with their modem chips made by TSMC on the 28nm platform up from the initial 25% estimate.
 
Which begs the questions of what pricing incentives were given by Intel to Apple, and at what ultimate "cost" to Apple? Despite the cost savings Apple will reap by shifting modem share to Intel, can Apple continue to charge premium prices for a product using "good enough" components?
 
It may be that Apple customers are more focused on the overall product than the components. The "genius" of Apple products is in their system design.
